Ankara’da 2019’da konut satış rakamları açıklandı
Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK), 2019 yılı Türkiye genelinde konut satış istatistiklerini açıkladı. 2019’da Türkiye’de toplam 1 milyon 348 bin 729 adet konut satıldı. Ankara’da ise, 2019’da ilk konut satış toplamı 30 bin 589 adet olurken, toplam 132 bin 486 adet konut satıldı.
2019 yılında konut satışlarında en büyük pay üç büyük kentin oldu. 237 bin 675 adet konut satışı ile İstanbul, ülke genelindeki konut satışlarında ilk sırada yer aldı. İstanbul’un toplam konut satışları içindeki payı yüzde 17.6 olarak gerçekleşti. Ankara’da ise 2019 yılında toplam 132 bin 486 adet konut satıldı. Başkentin ülke genelindeki konut satışları içindeki payı yüzde 9.8 oldu. Üçüncü sırada ise, 79 bin 221 adet konut satışı ve yüzde 5.9 pay ile İzmir yer aldı. En az konut satışı ise 185 adet konut ile Ardahan’da oldu.
Ankara’da “Sıfır” Konut Satış Rakamı 37 bin 535
Ankara’da 2019 yılındaki konut satışlarında, 2018 yılına oranla düşüş yaşandı. 2018 yılında Ankara’da toplam 131 bin 161 adet konut satışı oldu. Bu rakamın 37 bin 535 adedi ilk satış, 61 bin 779 adedi ikinci el satış ve 31 bin 847 adet ipotekli satış olarak gerçekleşti. 2019 yılında ise; 30 bin 589 adet ilk satış, 61 bin 517 adet ikinci el satış ve 40 bin 380 ipotekli konut satış olmak üzere toplam 132 bin 486 adet konut satıldı.
Türkiye genelinde İpotekli Konut Satışlarında Artış
Türkiye genelinde konut satışları 2019’da, bir önceki yıla göre yüzde 1.9 oranında azaldı. Buna göre 2019’da toplam 1 milyon 348 bin 729 adet konut satıldı. İpotekli konut satışlarında yüzde 20.1 oranında artış oldu ve 333 bin adet ipotekli konut satıldı. Bu rakama göre 2019’da ipotek konut satışlarının toplam konut satışı içindeki payı yüzde 24.’e yükseldi. Türkiye genelinde 2019 yılında 512 bin adet ilk konut satışı oldu. İkinci el konut satış adeti ise 837 bin oldu. Toplam konut satışlarının içinde ilk konut satış oranı yüzde 37.9 olurken; bu oran ikinci el konut satışlarında yüzde 62.1 olarak gerçekleşti.
Aralık 2019 konut satış rakamları
2019 Aralık ayında Türkiye genelinde 202 bin 74 adet konut satıldı. Bu dönemde ipotekli konut satışlarında yüzde 603.4 oranında artış oldu ve 50 bin 278 adet olarak gerçekleşti. İpotekli satışların toplam konut satışları içindeki payı ise yüzde 24.9 oldu. Aralık ayında ipotekli konut satışları dışında Türkiye genelinde satılan konut sayısı ise 151 bin 706 adet oldu. Aralık ayında ilk kez satılan konut adedi 59 bin 662 adet oldu. Ankara’da ise 2019 Aralık ayında 20 bin 84 adet konut satıldı.
2019 konut satışı istatistikleri
2019 yılında Türkiye genelinde satılan konutlarla ilgili bazı istatistiksel bilgiler de şöyle;
- 2019 Aralık ayında Ankara’da 14 bin 5 adet konut satıldı.
- Ankara’da yabancılara 2 bin 213 konut satıldı.
- Türkiye genelinde 1 milyon 348 bin 729 konut el değiştirdi.
- Türkiye genelinde 332 bin 508 adet ipotekli konut satışı oldu.
- Türkiye genelinde ilk el konut satışı 511 bin 682 adet oldu.
- Türkiye genelinde ikinci el konut satışı 837 bin 47 adet olarak gerçekleşti.
- Yabancılara yapılan konut satışları yüzde 14.7 oranında arttı.
- Türkiye’den konut alan yabancılar arasında Irak vatandaşları 7 bin 596 konut satın alarak birinci sırada yer aldı.
